The languages available for each transaction are as set out below.

If you wish to use the application in a language other than Japanese, be sure to fill in the “Free Fields” in Japanese.
You can use the Yucho Tetsuzuki App to open a children’s account only if the accountholder (the child) and their proxy (the person with parental responsibility) both have Japanese nationality. Customers who do not have Japanese nationality need to present their residence card, so please visit your nearest Japan Post Bank or post office savings counter to do this.
It is possible to reset your PIN. Yucho Tetsuzuki App allows you to instantly reset your PIN, even if you do not know your current PIN.
Customers to whom any of the following apply should select this option.
Customers to whom none of the above apply should still select this option in the event of any changes to their customer information (their employer, status of use of their account, etc.)
