JAPAN POST BANK Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Director, President and Representative Executive Officer Taizou Nishimuro) has announced the following management change, subject to the approval of an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, May 11, 2015 and a Board of Directors meeting to be held immediately after the close of this Shareholders' Meeting.
