It is a free smartphone application dedicated to personal authentication for Japan Post Bank's Internet banking「Yucho Direct」,「Yucho Bankbook App」and「Yucho Pay」.

Main functions
1.Simple log in
- ・By performing biometric or passcode authentication (6-digit number) with 「Yucho Authentication App」, you can log in Yucho Direct without inputting password.
2.Easy remittance
- ・By performing biometric or passcode authentication (6-digit number) with 「Yucho Authentication App」, you can remit money by Yucho Direct without entering one-time password.(When remitting by Yucho bankbook App, authentication with Yucho Authentication App is required)
- ・You don't need a hardware token, and you don't have to carry around and pay for cost of exchange.
- ・In order to use it more safely, in addition to fingerprint and face authentication, you can also add a transaction code (4-digit number) authentication.
3.Reliable security
- ・Since the personal authentication is performed by authentication information registered to a smartphone device, it can prevent the stolen password and damage such as unauthorized access of the third party.

At the time of user registration, the IC chip of the identification document is read and the customer's identity is confirmed by photographing the customer's face.
The information read from the IC chip of the identity verification document and the photographed facial image will be provided to a third party to Liquid Co., Ltd., which provides identity verification services. You can use this application without consenting to the provision of personal information to a third party, but in that case there will be restrictions on the use of some services such as remittance.

Cautionary notes
- ・In order to use the biometrics of the devices, it is necessary to register the biometrics to the smartphonel which is used in advance.
- ・When you are using Yucho Direct, if you register your authentication information, it will switch to authentication using this app. One-time password authentication is no longer available and cannot be reversed.
(Even if you uninstall the app, it will not return to the previous authentication method)
In that case, the issuance and reissue fee of token cannot be refunded. Please understand. - ・In addition, if you register Yucho Authentication App before you receive the token, the token may not be shipped.
- ・To confirm you identity, a confirmation code will be sent to the phone number registered on your account. Please register the app in an environment where you can receive notifications.
- ・When registering, we will read the IC chip of identity verification documents and take a photography of the customer's appearance to verify the identity .You can use this app even if you do not verify your identity with documents, but in that case, there are restrictions on the use of some services: if the daily remittance limit was set to a value greater than 50,000 yen , it will be restricted to 50,000 yen. In addition, it will take 24 hours after registration to make remittances available.
- ・Remittance, etc. cannot be used with accounts for which transaction authentication is set to 「行わない」(Do not perform).
- ・Registering a transaction code is optional, but for your safety, we recommend it.
- ・If you do not use the app for a certain period of time, you may need to re-register the app.
- ・Please do not tell your confirmation code, passcode and transaction code to anyone else.
- ・Do not reuse passcode and transaction code to the numbers which you are using for other services. Also, please do not register numbers that are easy to guess, such as birthdays and phone numbers.
- ・If you lose your smartphone, you can stop Yucho Direct at the Card Loss Center. In that case, the use of Yucho Direct from other devices such as PCs will also be stopped. In addition, If you want to stop the communication and use of smartphones, please contact the mobile carriers.
- ・Customers will be responsible for data communication charges for download, update, and use of the service.
- ・The screen may differ from the actual one. In addition, it is subject to change without notice.Please understand.
- ・From 23:55 to 0:05 of the next day, you cannot register the app.
